Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. From dispatch, delivery is estimated at 2–3 business days in Metro Manila and 3–7 business days in other areas of the Philippines. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location or courier. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We ship nationwide within the Philippines.

Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders of ₱5,000 or more qualify for free shipping nationwide.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking details using the email address or contact information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase. See our Return and refund policy for full terms and exceptions. To start a return, email duketradinginc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at duketradinginc@gmail.com and include photos so we can help.
