Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon payment confirmation. Delivery is estimated within 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch for Metro Manila. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship within the Philippines. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us directly.

Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or the contact information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in its original, undamaged condition
  • The item has not been used or altered
  • Original packaging is intact

Items that show signs of damage caused by the customer, or that are returned beyond the 14-day window, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
